A beautiful smile can make a person’s day but if teeth are grubby or breath is smelly, it has entirely different results.

TIPS:

  • Drink plenty of water
  • Brush your teeth twice a day with a decent toothbrush.
  • A fluoride-based toothpaste and an antibacterial mouthwash
  • Avoid drinks such as tea, coffee, and red wine which are thought to stain them.
  • Visit your dentist regularly to keep a check on gum infection or any dental problems.

FOOT HYGIENE:

The feet contain lots of sweat glands. If feet are confined in socks and shoes the sweat gland has nowhere to evaporate and the skin bacteria will in effect attack to cause the pungent cheesy aroma.

  • Wash the perineal part frequently
  • Use sanitary napkins ,tampons,and menstrual cup to stay clean
  • Standard time to change a sanitary pad every 6 hourly while tampons every 2 hourly
  • Always clean area in motion from vagina to anus
  • Never wash in opposite direction  as it lodge bacteria in vagina
  • Wrap sanitary napkins well before discarding .
  • Wash hands well after discarding
  • Apply an antiseptic ointment after a bath and before bed this will heal the rashes
  • Keep an extra sanitary pad always.

Poverty and lack of access to clean water can both have a detrimental effect on a person’s personal hygiene.
